The Laundry Basket has been providing laundry services to the Petworth and Fort Totten neighborhoods since 1960.
Our laundromat is clean, well lit, safe, and has ample parking. The Laundry Basket is equipped with the finest, most modern, and efficient equipment that will save you time and provide you with a professional wash.
Our giant commercial machines can be used for large loads, bedspreads, and comforters. The equipment is regularly maintained and serviced by trained staff to protect your clothes and prevent equipment down time.

PRICELIST
Self Service: Our washing machines run from $3/wash up to $9/wash depending on the size of the washer.
Wash & Fold: Let us wash and fold your laundry for $1.50/pound. Bulk items may be extra. If you drop off by 3 pm, your order will be ready same day
